Recording Space

A studio's space is an important factor in the recording experience. KO Audio is an intimate studio in the heart of SE Portland. It's ideal for a broad range of work, including group and individual tracking, vocal and spoken word recordings.

 

Designed for both live recording and individual tracking, KO Audio includes both the main room and a separate isolation booth customized for vocals and spoken word recordings.

Production

Production involves the countless decisions that inform how a project feels to the end listener. In addition to its recording services, KO Audio provides a full suite of production capabilities, working closely with clients to develop a customized package of studio setup, recording mix and production direction based on each project's specific needs.

 

Editing and Mixing

Once a project has been recorded, editing and mixing are the magic that add polish. KO Audio has deep expertise working with clients to identify what finished looks like and provide the detailed clean up and mixing expertise to make the finished product sound great.

 

Original Composition

With more than 30 years of musical performance and recording experience, Scott provides original music beds and compositions for select projects such as corporate videos, podcasts and other recordings.
